It’s ridiculous not being able to post URLs into youtube video comments.  Perhaps I can understand restricting everyone else but if you posted the video you should be able to post what ever you like in the comments for it.

Instead, people have come up with some way of encoding the URL to bypass their filters which is rubbish.

It would also be nice if they actually gave you an error message telling you why your post hasn’t shown up instead of silently failing.
